Questions worth asking
Is Zeptotravel an airline?
No. Zeptotravel is an independent travel agency and booking intermediary, operated by Zeptotravel LLC. We place bookings on your behalf with airlines; we do not operate aircraft. Every reservation is additionally governed by the operating carrier’s own contract of carriage, which is presented to you before you pay.
Do I have to call, or can I book entirely online?
The search on this page is live. Pricing and ticketing go through an advisor, because that is where the fare rules get read to you rather than linked in small print. If you would rather not speak to anyone, the airline’s own site is a perfectly good option and we will say so.
What is the cheapest this can be?
We do not know until the itinerary is priced, and anyone who quotes you a saving before pricing is guessing. What we commit to is that the number we quote is the number you pay.
Can I cancel after booking?
Most air tickets originating in the United States and ticketed seven or more days before departure carry a 24-hour risk-free cancellation window under US Department of Transportation rules. We honour it and charge no service fee to use it.
